Fab Owners Assocation Event at On Track Xperience Something to Be Remembered

AM Technical Solutions hosted a social event for the Fab Owner's Association (FOA) 4th Quarter member meeting. AMTS hosted 120 attendees with 65 drivers participating in a LeMans Event at On Track Xperience, a karting track located south of Austin in Kyle, Texas.

The event featured very competitive racing, several spin outs and even some crashes as FOA executives vied for top honors. The winning team included drivers from ASML, Macquarie, Key Assets and AM Technical Solutions.

One excited participant was heard saying, "This beats the heck out of playing golf!"

During the event, NASCAR driver, and former international karting champion, Austin Wayne Self made a special appearance.
FOA Executive Director, L.T. Guttadauro, said, "Folks will be talking about this event for years to come. Thanks AMTS!"

AM Technical Solutions Hosts Samsung at On Track Xperience

AM Technical Solutions recently hosted the 1st Annual AMTS/Samsung Race Challenge at On Track Xperience, located in Central Texas. Guests included 30 employees from Samsung and AMTS, ranging from Engineers, Facility Managers, Construction Managers and Senior Management folks who work together at the Samsung semiconductor manufacturing facility in Austin.

The participants drew names and organized into 8 teams for a Le Mans style 1 hour endurance race. The rules mandated 5 pit stops, and the winner was determined by which team completed the most laps within the 1 hour time frame.

The event provided a great way to spend some quality time away from the job site and served as an opportunity to build stronger working relationships.

Racers were overheard saying:

"That was a great way to relieve some stress."

"The event as a whole was very well-organized and I was very surprised by the speed of the karts. It felt like real racing for sure!"

AMTS would like to thank all who participated, and we are looking forward to planning the 2nd Annual event next Fall!
